True and I've even said it myself a few times.

This time I actually believe it. I'm interested in seeing when the company who wins the bid on the road project sets their start project date as I believe they have 90 days to complete that road project once started. And, I also think there was a completion date of 9/30/26 on that contract. And, IMHO, that new entry way road needs to be completed BEFORE they have any ground-breaking ceremony.
