A lawsuit against a company with no cash that is trying to raise cash would do far more harm than good for the company and all shareholders. It would certainly make any potential investors concerned about the Use of Proceeds. I would definitely NOT join such a lawsuit but would consider bringing a suit against such plaintiffs for harming the company and the value of my shares at such a critical time.

The company has been able to acquire government funding (albeit a very modest amount) when things were most bleak. Now they are working on obtaining investment dollars through an investment bank whose managing director is presumably the brother of the COO. This is a course most penny stocks do not take. Rather, they just wither and die, oftentimes heavily diluting equity interests with nothing to show for it.

The waiting is painful but I would argue long-term shareholders have not been financially harmed up to this point

Do you know if your and other investors’ shares being kept or protected by the company during this “dead phase” ?

What happens to these shares when the company ceases to exit ?

What happens to these shares when this company returns with a different company name and with different stock ticker name?

We shareholders do not know the answers to these questions
