There is bound to be frustration, nobody likes an illiquid investment. Being vigilant on your investment is always very important and everyone must take strides to understand what they own, what is reasonably fair and what potential is being pursued/where is the company at on that pursuit....
It cannot be understated how much value can be unlocked with a superior preclinical candidate like KRM-ll-81 that has a funding runway to get to IND submission with the FDA and then prepared subsequently for phase 1 clinical trials. Any traction with DOD grant funding SCI phase 2 and or NIH funding the ampakine platform to advance into phase 2 trials is certainly additive to value creation.
The company would do itself a favor however by providing an update here and there. The key NIH grant is still in year 1 of a 2-year grant to position a premier candidate to unlock all this potential. Anyone can conduct some comparable due diligence and understand that success can be unlocking 100s of millions in value in the phase 1 stage. Investor focus should be on aligning yourself with this potential and the timeframes to unlock it as well as what is fair when the company becomes publicly trading again, per their intent. I doubt this is trading until sometime in 2027 when I would guess their grant funding is maturing towards its goals. But, if they are successful, 10-20 pennies is very reasonable targets assuming fairness reigns. That potential is worth being BOTH vigilant and providing them the space to accomplish it.
