Thank You for your response. Yes, we are seeing things differently. You believe LP was handling things with prudence. I believe it was more on the panic side. Something was amiss with LL not appearing, which should have been an indicator of something on the tracks ahead. Your version says LP warned the OTC market to keep an eye out for skullduggery and to halt stock so "she could create a record". You're saying she was proactive. I believe she was more reactive. No one knows exactly what was said and when it was said. I believe they saw the SP falling rapidly and didn't know what to do. There was no immediate action by the company, at least none that I know of. I'm not even sure what they could have done, but what they did do was go silent. After the debacle, the company said, and I remember this part, they were surprised at the attack and had to have meetings on what to do next. I believe DI said this, but I could be wrong.
Your statement " A company preparing to disclose highly material clinical trial results at a public scientific conference has every reason to think about market-order issues around that disclosure." illustrates my point, they were not prepared for such a big event.
I don't believe FEMikes full blown conspiracy theory. But I also don't buy they were prepared for the attack.
"And the data were not a failure.", we all know that. I never said it was. I was shocked as everyone else at the falling SP. I can see how the company was shocked as well, but I'm not going to revise history and claim they knew it was coming and prepared for it.

I will say this about bioinvestor, in the beginning, after journal publishing, he always said it will take time for approval and rollout, while many were allready celebrating SP going to the moon. He was mocked for it as well if I recall. He has said for years the company should not PR every detail and defended companies silence, which I disagree with.
