ILT, an ISIN is by definition international. How can the stock trade on the LSE under a "GB ISIN?"

Someone invited this looney handle I think. Maybe, one of his/ her/ it related handle’s invited this handle to post again. The handle has been actively involved in some plumbing activity, like draining clogged up sludge. (Any GI related person would know what is meant by “sludge” here.).
