The reason I am not concerned about short term SP is that I don't think these shorts will let it move if they can avoid it by shorting more shares. As has been mentioned here before, they could get margin called if it goes up, so they have to keep it down or they will get squeezed by the higher price. That's why I like heavy volume, as that mean they will have to dig a deeper hole for themselves.
Now they will be assisted by the MM's in manipulating the SP as much as they can, but I highly doubt the MM's will short shares to assist them. By them, I mean HF's and other parties who are short NWBO and not necessarily MM'a
