RMB- I was caught late last night seeing the header of the post and then the body of an abbreviated order that seemed plausible in the event that there was unanimous agreement by the justices to quickly remand back to the lower court. Based on the record of our "board lawyers" I will now assume that the actual results will be polar opposite to what this guy in fantasyland writes. Nothing is real anymore.
