Pure speculation, but it seems like they’ve only been talking about Liquidmetal till now - I’m guessing they’re having production and/or cost issues with our material - the titanium sounds like a backup plan. It would be a definite fumble for us if they go with titanium.

Sounds like Apple is playing hardball - trying to get the price down on Liquidmetal.
