The Judge issued an order dated 4/30 stating that the settlement agreement was accepted and the matter dismissed as to Canacord.

If there is a cash amount that is substantial enough to be considered material, it will need to be 8K'd within 4 days. If the cash amount is not substantial enough to be considered material, it need not be. There is no fixed dollar amount that means it's material. Materiality is determined by whether there is a substantial likelihood a reasonable investor would consider the settlement amount important to an investment decision, or if it significantly alters the total mix of information available.
