I think we shouldn't dwell too much on the current increase in legal expenses , firstly because it's contextual, and secondly because it implies an acceleration effect on signings due to the pressure exerted. Finally, even if these legal fees aren't legally "compensated" in the damages, they increase the overall cost of license refusal, which can indirectly improve the economic value of future agreements.
