As satter points out this is serious.

A lawyer files a Motion to Withdraw Without Client Consent along with a Certificate of Service when the attorney-client relationship has broken down, is ethically compromised, or when a client is non-compliant, necessitating the lawyer's removal by court order.

HIRU's LAWYERS QUIT?? QATAR OUT ALSO??

It seems possible even probable. Mebby they decided to cut losses and walk?

Might explain the slow downward slide as well as no news about the $1.1 million installment to EMUS being paid.

Court filings and other facts are not baseless "FUD."

Keep the board posted

“In March 2025, HIRU’s counsel moved to withdraw, and HIRU failed to present its expert witness for deposition. Shortly afterward, America First filed its Combined Motion for Summary Judgment and for Sanctions”

Same case
Different year
Same outcome
HIRU’s lawyer quits

Turn out the lights, the party’s over.

Speculation: $300k EM payment will be quietly returned - probably to be distributed amongst FoxyRoxy, DrunkDorliss, Henry, Luppo and the whole team who signed on last fall to help with the pump and dump.

Prediction: they will go dormant and figure out a solution to the judgement - which is probably up to $7m by now.

Ultra soft speculation: Roxy could abandon the other lawsuit in Florida, giving Miro access to his 380m shares AND control of the company via the countersuit? 🤔

As it stands, it appears Miro can now easily show economic damage. “I could have sold at .009, now it’s heading to .0009”

Déjà vu all over again

I see this as expected. The court vacated the May deadlines because Hiru's lawyers are trying to quit. Hiru can not file anything until they retain new lawyers.

The court has not yet ruled on the motion to withdraw. They likely are giving some time for Hiru to object if they wanted too. Hiru would have to hire new lawyers to contest their current lawyers from leaving. Well the chances of that happening is less than 10%. Once the Court grants the motion to withdraw then Hiru will given about 10/15 days (?) to respond with new lawyers. It's at that time we'll find out their ( Hiru) intentions in this case.

Hiru would be facing a tough retainer challenge with a new lawfirm.

"Hi, our last firm just quit without our consent, we owe a bank $6 million for alleged check-kiting, and a former CEO is trying to freeze our shares in Florida. Will you take our case for a $50k retainer?"

Messy situation.
