So this means Hiru's lawyers are requesting to withdraw from the case without consent from their client. Why ? I can only speculate on possible reasons.
1) Lack of payment.
2) Breakdown in communication.
3) Some conflict. Ethnical maybe. The client asking the lawyer to do something the violates rules of conduct.
The request for extending the deadline could be telling the court I can't proceed to file the case management file as I am trying to fire my client.? Again I am guessing. These are entries on the docket. They don't provide documents to view or download. You have to call the court or email them to order.
