You are absolutely correct Baxers. This must have been an error by Gemini (in fact 4 errors because I got a similar answer 4 times to my somewhat 4 different worded question) There is no evidence of such an MAA amendment by NWBO and if there were, this would be "material" and would require a PR from NWBO to its shareholders (IMHO).
This changed opinion by Gemini that I believe took place within a very short time (1 or 2 weeks) seems strange indeed.
