I honestly don’t think you are that clueless. The dilution impact to the share price happens when the NEW stock is sold into the market. Simple supply and demand.
I doubt more than 5% of those that bought or trade this crap even understand how to read a balance sheet. Very few penny “investors” look at the potential “dilution” from convertible debt or simply stick their head in the sand when an issuance occurs.
