As I said dozens of times, dilution happens with the initial transaction - like taking out a loan - not when the stock sells. The stock price reflects the loan. It reflects the balance sheet. Right now we want those shares to convert assuming the company has no cash to pay them off. Nothing will happen with this company until they pay off their debt and provide a clean balance sheet. That includes pref c shares. 50-100mil shares sold at .0002 is absolutely a nonevent as it happens very regularly. Quit acting like the sky is suddenly falling.
