Understood. Thank you for your response and clarity. The system is structured to assist in shorting and keeping the details in darkness. I imagine it wouldn’t require rocket scientists to change the regulations and thereby systemically change the landscape for shorting in dark pools and carry the FTDs for decades. They don’t change it cause the regulating agencies get paid out of those very activities I guess.
