Hmmm some teams are firing there managers when they get off to bad starts, even when they made the playoffs last year. Oh wait not the Mets we might keep Mendy, heck we should give him and the gm a 5 year extension at this point and just say a job well done. after one of the greatest slow motion collapses last year (That is and issue for the negativity), make a ton of unpopular moves the gm did in the offseason, spend a boat load, make moves for moves sake like firing the 1b coach who was a sb guru. Scream about defense, cleaning up mental mistakes and have a deep lineup. The team is the worst lineup I have ever seen (It is deep you get offense from nowhere, a deep hole might be more like it.) LOL., the defense/mental mistakes is worse than last year, essentially all the moves the gm has made has backfired, the team has no fight, heck they do undisciplined things like running through stop signs, they forget how many outs, to cover bases, what bases to throw to, and after screaming about being better, the GM has not fired the manager for any chance to spark the team, and the reason for that is the GM know he has a subpar roster at this point for the money he spend (I mean it should be waaaaaaaaaaay better than this, but that isn't say much), I would think he would have to know, so why fire the manager, as long as the manager is here everyone will be asking when is Mendy fired?, which he hopes will insulate him, although he is the main culprit of course if anyone was paying attention. What a organization, heck if you want to see a real team just go across town and watch a professional GM make decision, and before Yankees fans start saying Cashman isn't good and all his mistake, I point exhibit A man from Milwaukee, enough said. Yikes. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
