I think that the celestial issue has to end in a court room. Clear they (celestial) wanted to get rid of poet but the stick of NDA to beat Poet seems to me unfair! The only CFO’s word I didn’t like was intentional. ‘Intentional to order’ seems to me not done deal!
Also it seems that Poet is not anymore interesting…
