All reasonable questions. My guess is that if the building on Valencia Circle was not appreciating in value and generating very positive cash flow, it would have been sold years ago. As of now (and for the past 6-7 years) it is the only source of meaningful revenue for what was supposed to be a metal technology company…go figure.
All of the success in China is wonderful but as you have stated until it is shared with the US operation we are left holding a bag of nickels.
As previously stated if revenue from this hinge does not trickle our way (by year end) or we are given a clear explanation of expectations from LL and no one else, then LQMTUSA is a mere shell and will never be anything more than a landlord providing TC far more space (and cover) than needed. IMHO.
Until then it is nothing more than hopium, hype and 🌈🦄☘️
