And I dont have an issue with it. Wouldn't expect open market purchase.
He's funding the company. He's been funding the company. More or less continuing his support even with the stock tanking as it has. Cause if stock goes to zero or stock disappears, equity is lost.
Wouldn't be shocked if others also provided funding. Sez to me that he knows more than we do.
I get the point of "dilution". But anyone here has option to buy the stock and maintain your ownership % if you are inclined to do so. And as i mentioned couple posts back, unless ZIVO decides to extend the public warrants, there will be more than 500,000 potential shares falling off the fully diluted number within days. I have to go back and look but believe there are other warrants / options falling off the FD ledger as well. Perfectly fine by me. Is stock gonna rise cause the FD number actually gonna fall ? LOL nobody's watching the close and isnt a reason to buy for where this company is.
Up to the individual to decide when is right.
I toe dipped with fun money on Friday not knowing the insider purchase happened. I may continue to do so depending on the action and any potential new information.
