Allowed to file extension or not, you do not see this as concerning filing LATE for FOUR YEARS in a row. What the heck does she DO as CEO? They do not manufacture. They have no sales person, so they are not out there selling product -- as the OEM did all that. They do not advertise, as they have no money for THAT.

With no duties, she cannot get those financials out to her stockholders once a year? Get them out ON TIME? How do all you pumpers not see this as SO amateur? You must admit, at least to yourself, how bad this really is. If all of you do not see it, you all deserve this low triple zero stock price you are getting. And that stock price you all are getting is because the MARKET sees how BAD this really IS!

Probity, this company has scam-written all over it.

Plus, controlled by market scam artists.

You know why Kelly doesn't want to file the financials, because they suck so bad. That's just one reason why.

#2) She probably doesn't keep accurate records, or know where they are at....LMAO

Well this is Just wrong on so many levels.

BioElectronics Corp. (BIEL) is not currently an SEC-registered company. SEC rules, as such, don’t apply to BIEL.

The very form they filed states that they are not eligible for an extension.

There are timing requirements for reporting material events. You don’t just get to wait until your annual filing to disclose. I think you have three days or some short period like that. So unless the material event just happened, it needed to be reported already.

Do more digging, you’re better than this. SMH

If a material event has occurred, the company must disclose it. That’s exactly why BIEL stated it is waiting for legal counsel — to determine how to comply with disclosure requirements without breaching the NDA.

That's not what Kelly said. She said:

Awaiting the advice of legal counsel regarding our duty to disclose certain material events when there is a nondisclosure agreement in place.

Kelly says a material event occurred and she doesn't know if she has to disclose it or not. YOU say she must disclose it.

But don't worry. It's just bullshit. There is no NDA preventing Kelly from disclosing a material event. She's just grown fond of saying that she has to remain silent because of a NDA. Come on. Other biotechs sign deals and release PR's, but Kelly keeps signing NDA's?

eye roll.
