R/S by itself is off the table. R/S + Nasdaq uplisting is still an option though it doesn’t sound like the preferred one. He’s the largest shareholder by far so any potential fallout from a split gone bad would hit him the hardest.
M&A, R/S + Nasdaq, or whatever Option #3 is. Ready for something to happen, let’s go! At least we are profitable and stable, and hopefully continuing some incremental growth while we wait.
HGILS, Any time I speak of a R/S it is meant for the purpose of uplisting, I should have clarified that more. A R/S on the OTC would be a complete manipulated waste. I do believe better days ahead, hangin in there with no anxiety.
