Also R/S is off the table per Nasrat.

As many of you know I trust Nasrat in Eltp M&A because he is the #1 beneficiary of the sale of the company. Every cent for him translates to $3.2 million. Keep that in mind.

He is cooking something else that will benefit shareholders.
