I'll say it again.

THIS ALWAYS WAS A LOTTERY TICKET. That is why Weazel and I have been telling folks they need to cover their ass ..... for literally 20 years. Andtake advantage of price movement when it happens. This company HAS NEVER BEEN "invest"able ... i.e. "investment material". It has never done anything remotely close to what might be considered normal business activities. Never .... ever.

If that isn't understood .... folks are playing the wrong game. Only AFTER this company proves something and executes meaningful revenue generating activities ...... could it even remotely be considered "invest"able.

Sadly after more than 2 decades ...... It still remains to be seen whether that will happen or not.

Someone had 3800 shares offered at 1.69 that was calling to me.

But couldn't bring myself to do it at this point. I'm sure other investors feel the same way.

The pattern is seemingly 6-8K shares per day getting offered. Only a few more weeks left before the public warrants will expire as well ..... unless ZIVO decides to extent them.

that offer appears to be gone now.
