Again, how does one run two companies without screwing one of the two? I guess RNVA got screwed first now it's FOXO's turn? So where does Seamus's loyalty lie?? Which company benefits? Either way folks will be and/or get screwed by all of this...

Hi

Nothing personal but I think you need to remove your hopium from this situation, bring in more reality. There is no 'master plan' here. This is a dual insolvency crisis. Management is using FOXO to print wallpaper (25 billion shares) because they can't afford to pay their bills, while RNVA sits in a regulatory blackout on the Expert Market.

The April 15, 2026 10-K confirms Material Weaknesses in internal controls, they can't even accurately track the debt between these two companies. If the April 27 FINRA appeal is denied, perhaps both of these tickers are heading for a total wipeout. Stop looking for a strategy is my suggestion and look at the -$36M stockholders deficit.
