I have mentioned in posts a few times if that wasn't the plan all along. Just to use foxo and the uplisting to try and clear up the debt load etc...if it worked in full great...if not the the assets would revert back to RNVA. I don't recall all of the details but in the scenario where the assets revert back...does the remaining debt somehow stay with FOXO? Also at this point isnt RNVA basically a shell with the holding in FOXO?...If so couldn't RNVA be used as a vehicle to try take other entities public? I still feel like there are still opportunities/possibilities here...either with FOXO or RNVA. When I saw how blantant FOXO was being used to dilute I never added any figuring that the assets would eventually revert back t RNVA. I figured if something changed I could jump in if need be...lol. I am currently still holding roughly 100m RNVA shares with high hopes for some kind of positive outcome. I figured Seamus would eventually put together something to bring some kind of value to RNVA/FOXO. I know he receives a nice salary but I have to imagine someway, somehow shares appreciating on either of these tickers awards him a much higher payout. 🤷♂️ Idk. Best of luck to all still involved.
