Its looks like they are moving forward with a reverse split since one of the shareholders stated he got an alert of a stock consoladation which they have been calling a R/S . That would mean plan B went into effect and that they didnt find a new largest shareholder. speculation of coarse but they are in a position if no one qualified plan b is now in effect.
