You think at the very least, that over 3 million bucks is not a lot of money for dumping worthless stock? Could be 4 million or more. They have done 15,000 to 20,000 bucks so far today alone. Hawkins and his pals have been dumping as much as volume will allow EVERY trading day. Who knows who else and how many of them also frontload a bunch in the trips before the news started hitting.

As the new CFO, Michael Carlson's first task is to clear this $Unsolicited $Quotes hurdle. After a check of recent corporate actions shows that FINRA has not cleared a Form 211 for AMFN (formerly Renewal Fuels, RNWF) in over 18 months. So, Carlson likely won't even attempt a new Form 211 until after the Form 10 becomes effective and the JV CPA Inc. audit is live on EDGAR. Now should the SEC issue a Stop Order or a Comment Letter on May 14th, the Form 10 will not become effective, and the Unsolicited Quotes Only tag will remain for the time being thus creating a regulatory death loop. If the Form 10 fails to become effective on May 14, the Unsolicited Quotes Only status becomes $operationally $permanent because the company loses its only viable path to a liquid market. This would effectively kill the Institutional Strategy Carlson was hired to lead. For a company claiming to have Global Industrial Counterparties and DOE relationships, being on the Unsolicited list is embarrassing to be kind. $Richard $Hawkins is $tweeting about $Department of $Energy $discussions yet (do any believe he doesn't know) that a company cannot be $validated" by the $DOE while simultaneously being flagged as $Unsolicited $Only by FINRA. The DOE’s own due diligence process (via the Office of Science or ARPA-E) requires a company to be in good standing with regulators. Sadly AMFN’s current status is the opposite of the aforementioned, good standing. The Unsolicited Only status is the ultimate proof of management failure. Hawkins / Nelson prioritized Helium-3 and Fusion press releases over the basic corporate governance (prioritizing) of a public company (Rule 15c2-11 compliance). Reminds me a little of Dean Smith's legendary 4 corners offense prior to implementation of the shot clock as leadership's actions is currently amounting to running out the clock. By tweeting about the ARPA-E Summit, they are trying to maintain a narrative of legitimacy so that shareholders don't panic about the May 14th deadline. Is it working only time will tell...currently not looking as good as many had hoped NO matter what they might say.
