Yeah, I don’t really know. I’m not sure they can just “run a test” without public disclosure. ANDA’s are not, by definition, required to be disclosed. It’s about materiality. For Pfizer, an ANDA on one small drug may be immaterial. For Amarin, it likely is very material.
But actually commercializing an AG would absolutely be material.
I guess we’ll find out at some point.
