I failed to mention that something occurred between the time the drone took this mans photo and him jumping into that little vehicle. After the photo he went to the end of the RV and stared over at me on my property. I proceeded to walk to the fence line that separates the two properties. Now if this individual was not up to something they would have walked up to the fence as well to talk to me. Instead thats when he jumped into the golfcart/utv and drove away before driving back n forth in an intimidating manner with a few passes including that pop sound. At first i thought he was driving off in a more cowardly manner but maybe he decided to drive to go get whatever made that pop sound for his little intimidation session. That better fits his MO. Also tried contacting the owners of the property to see if this person was allowed on the property but they seem to have changed their phone number since last we spoke to them last year; their gate is usually closed.
