lol.... You might want to do the math of how many patient will be treated if no NICE approval.... Answer: Not many more than now, not enough for positive income...

Now, in the extremely low chances of NICE reimbursement, they would only have a small % of patient. But it certainly wont be enough for a 15b-20b market cap thats for sure.
