GFP: Name a President in our lifetime that hasn't had some kind of grift going either before assuming the office, during their term(s), or after they leave. 99% of all politicians who end up in Washington DC are grifters. The Founding Fathers knew this to be an unfortunate aspect of human nature and was one of the reasons that many of them preferred a smaller Federal government and more authority to the states. I honestly don't think there are 10 politicians in Washington DC who are worth more than a thimbleful of spit. I detest almost all of them, both parties. If I (figuratively) had a choice to shoot Chuck Schumer or John Thune I really don't know which one I would aim at. In actual reality there really is only one party...the Uni-Party. Their primary goal is to enrich themselves, their families, their friends and their donors. They don't listen to us. They don't give a crap about us. We are just around to be humored at election time. Then ignored. It happens over and over. It never changes. It never will. Which is why all democracies eventually fall to ruin.
