Senti, couple of issues with your post.

You should exclude insider/restricted shares from SharesOutstanding if you use the term float.

I think the 1% to 3% range for daily trading is too high, even if it is easy to get AI to claim that. Consider Fed data on market turnover as a percent of capitalization.

Not sure why the St. Louis Fed has 2019 as the most recent data point, but it shows 68.4% annual turnover. Divide that by roughly 250 trading days per year and broad market trading averages considerably less than 1% daily. Even the prior years showing over 100% annual turnover lead to daily values below 0.5%

Your take on why the stock is trading at such depressed price is spot on ! It is artifically suppressed by these MMs and hedgies who short it without any oversight and deliverables in dark pools. The management has been forced to dilute along the way at increasingly depressed prices. If tha wasn’t the case, no company on the threshold of a major approval would be trading at such depressed price. And everyday as the approval gets closer the price is further suppressed. It’s obviously manipulated.
