Why would someone who is "supposedly" invested... Be constantly slamming Management.

Er...because management sucks, and my investment has lost 80% of its value, and it is management's responsibility to deliver said value.

A better question would be why would someone who is "supposedly" invested be happy with management and not asking for improved performance?
