Well I was told directly that the company had plans in place for any occasion. Meaning if they received approval a partner(s) was in place. If they were denied by the EMA a P3 partner was going to be signed. Etc. So if the FDA gives them a voucher and they end up getting approved I guess the EMA may go along as well. If the FDA says do another trial, then the P3 partner should be completed very very soon. But then again, this is anavex so who really knows.
