The funniest part of that is it was expunged as a felony and now they are attempting it as a misdemeanor. The People sueing are from West Virginia. That is the inbred state with the lowest literacy rate in the United States. That new case will be thrown out as well. Roxanne did nothing wrong there. Except try to help out a downtrodden individual that had relatives that were trying to scam him out of monies. She did a great thing. So lets cut the nonsense with this non event.

The document you shared is a Notice of Rights, not an expungement order. It actually confirms she was arrested for a crime serious enough to require a DNA sample (like felony burglary)

Under Maryland Law (CP 6-232), this notice is only given because the arrest happened. She still has the current docket of charges I posted. Which clearly I said were not convictions. My main point is the lack of discloser on the annual report required by law.
