The document is a Notice of Rights, not a completed expungement. Whether she filed for it or not we don't know or did she tell she did and it was granted? It's fairly common for intial charges to be downgraded. The procescutor chose not to prosecute the original charges but is pressing on with the current ones. The procescutor can at any time drop the case. If not its for the jury to decide, not you. There can be a plea deal.

She did not do a great thing by not disclosing this in the Public annual report.
