All one has to do is look at a chart of the market cap to see why the price has been dropping. And it's not because of 'nefarious forces' (unless you count Powerless as nefarious)

Dilution in the absence of news is terrible, and it is all this company has been doing for the past 5 years.

Your econ 101 is out of place here. This is a manipulated stock and its price is not a reflection of outstanding shares or potential of the science. The price is being kept at low price to make things difficult for NWBio. Attorneys don’t accept to litigate frivolous lawsuits. Also, no company, however managed, would have this as its price when sitting on a strong possibility of a regulatory approval. And its treatment having been discussed in the Parliament not once, not twice, but three times I think. Every single one of you bashing this company and posting negative crap is definitively associated with MMs or hedgies that would like to see this company fail. And you know you are in the last throes of what is to happen. You are trying to collect as many shares as possible from retail investors.
