Yes the receiver is a huge issue and has been self serving the entire time. He has continuously worked for his own fees instead of a neutral arm of the court, to collect the judgement and mark it satisfied. Even the plaintiffs in the case agree that it is settled and needs to be finalized. The receiver has opposed it, seeking more and more fees. The judge has let it go on, no leash and no attempts to actually rule on anything that Cyberlux has requested.
There are a lot of past cases involving the receiver that have turned up some pretty bad things. He has been smacked on the wrist for his ultra vires actions in several cases, but should have been removed a long time ago.
