Are you saying BIEL is dishonorable? This is just a money issue bobby - Kelly saved money by going to annual reporting only and dropping the quarterlies - that's the bottom line. I doubt she is suddenly rolling in dough, despite the Electrome deal. BIEL has other obligations to consider - like an SEC fine, delinquent payroll taxes, and notes payable. Those should be dealt with long before consideration is given to quarterly reporting.
