Lol...yeah. Ever since the draft ended in 1973. Apparently you haven't realized that conscription ended a rough 50 years ago.

Apparently you also don't realize that out of all registered through selective service-only a rough 25% meet the basic eligibility standards for military service without needing waivers. Further, there would need to be an actual war that was declared-not to mention - never get passed via Congress.
