3331 you are absolutely right! I tried to load up on some more shares when the PR came out and they wouldn't fill my order, and I was trying to them at.0003 They just wouldn't fill my order!

It's absolutely wrong - your inability to get filled was not because brokerages were blocking the order. Put in a good for 60-day limit order at .0003. Likely you will get at least partial fills and perhaps fill the entire order over a couple of days.
