In conventional aircraft we do, but Iran reportedly still has a large number of missiles and drones, plus the hypersonic missiles, which are the 'great equalizer'. As long as they have those, the US operations will be severely restricted. Looks like Trump's best course would be to declare victory and get out. and avoid disaster.
