Yes the Thought crossed my mind. Hmmm this merger/no merge "Trick" is becoming a trend. What if this Mystical Des really is a darn genisis/crook in the art of misinformation. PR the crap out of something, anything, take your pick: cars, oil, ecocrap. Then tick off all the stock holders. So here is an idea. Since Ecarfly can't seem to produce a product or provide any kind of meaningful service. First of all, change the name of the company to anything except ECARFLY. Second, adopt a truthful Mission Statement. [The company formerly known as ECARFLY, might sell cars, it might sell dehydrated water, it might not sell anything, but I DESXXXD MILLXXGANXX will make a profit!!!!!!! ]
