Yeah I have suspected the same. Not just for the reasons you give though. The 10-K is likely a lot more work than usual with the integration of Advent's financials. Their accountants and auditors will both have to perform complex purchase price allocations, consolidate the two entities' books, and untangle years of inter-company transactions. Certainly grounds for a Form 12b-25, 15-day extension.
