I will add one more point. First Berlin’s report breaks the “retail-only” barrier that defines NWBO currently. They are a reputable European firm. By initiating coverage on an OTC and penny stock, they break the ice and set the stage for other international analysts and Wall Street to follow.
Aside from the rNPV, the $1.00 is just an initial price target. In the check-the-box world of Fund/Institutional investment committees, there is an “investable” milestone or threshold. They go through a Discovery > Monitoring > Staged Entry.
This First Berlin report provides the credibility required for the Discovery phase.
Monitoring would be seeing the thesis play out: MHRA Approval, $1 initial price, Flaskworks rollout, etc.
(In other words, even if their ultimate valuation is significantly higher, these analysts would use this $1 initial target as a tactical entry point, allowing them to "step up" their price expectations as each regulatory milestone is cleared.)
