Doctors are stupid. Or maybe that's not the right word. It's laziness and arrogance combining to create inertia.

At any rate, it looks like US progress in guideline uptake depends on an actual sales force. We don't have one, and we should never get one.

Either out-license the US and turn into Innoviva, or sell the damned company.
