That includes lost past AND future profits. Since Hikma was the first generic and permanently damaged a market that was headed for multi-billions, experts will testify to huge lost profits both past and future attributable to them.
The others would simply be liable for the actual (skimpy) sales they achieved AFTER Hikma destroyed the market.
I think a big number, especially with trebling, is still out there.
