Like I said it is a good question and I unfortunately do not know the correct answer. Unfortunately, we have to get past this SC case first and then win the remanded case in order to find out what we would get as damages. If it is the entire enchilada, I would think it should impact the stock price as well as Amarin’s coffers.

Patent infringement damages (including induced infringement under § 271(b)) are calculated per defendant, not across the entire generic market.
