This latest activity is likely Yorkville or Streeterville positioning for a new hard money financing that is coming soon. There is no NICE meeting, no approval coming and CHM didn't agree to approve in November. If they did, it would have been known by December , the latest. I suspect the final rejection will be coming soon. Just my opinion. GL to all.
